A Momentary Lapse Of Happiness is a Cinematic Post Jazz Rock band formed in 2020 from the merging of two separate trios into a single ensemble featuring Guitar/Sampler, Bass, Double Bass, and Drums.

The project is rooted in the exploration of a broad sonic spectrum: colors, textures, complex structures, layered grooves, and tape manipulations converge to craft a musical language that evokes vivid images and tangible emotions.

Our Tissues, released in April 2026, is the band’s latest EP. Selected as one of the winners of the LAZIO SOUND RECORDING 2025 program, the record marks a new chapter in their sonic journey, deepening their cinematic and emotional approach to composition.
