A Momentary Lapse Of Happiness is a Cinematic Post Jazz Rock band formed in 2020 from the merging of two separate trios into a single ensemble featuring Guitar/Samples, Bass, Double Bass, and Drums.

The project is rooted in the exploration of a broad sonic spectrum: colors, textures, complex structures, layered grooves, and tape manipulations converge to craft a musical language that evokes vivid images and tangible emotions.

Currently, they are preparing to launch a new EP titled Our Tissues, scheduled for release on March, 2026. The record was selected as one of the winners of the LAZIO SOUND RECORDING 2025 program and marks a new chapter in the band’s sonic journey, deepening their cinematic and emotional approach to composition.
